Generating a Blaze API Key
Blaze integrates with RipeMetrics to help you automate personalized customer engagement, gather essential consumer feedback about customer wants and needs, analyze marketing and operational performance, and improve loyalty, retention & customer lifetime value.
In order to connect Blaze with RipeMetrics, you'll need to generate a developer key from the backend of BLAZE Retail.
- Start by navigating to the Global Settings > Company Settings > Developer Keys.
- Generate a developer key and secret by hitting the Add Key button.
- Send the Key and the Secret to RipeMetrics and we'll begin the client integration.
